Happy Birthday!

Everyday is your birthday. We all wake each morning to the birth of life and the gift of renewal. Think about your last best birthday. You wake up with thanks for another year of life and begin to feel blessed, elated, and some unknown energy from you begins to give off a glow that makes you feel much more alive than you did during ordinary days. The rest of your day continues with joy and nothing undesired will come your way because you woke up knowing it's YOUR DAY. That unknown energy is your perception. Ever heard of the "miserable monday's?" Well it only exist if you believe in it. You go to sleep dredding Monday because it's the first work/school day of the week and you wake up to what is actually just another day in the week. Miserable Monday or not, I've had some of the best Monday's. Not necessarilly because something particular was going on, but because I woke up refreshed, blessed, elated, with that glow giving energy that was my perception on how I was gonna live the day. You have the ability to live like this everyday. Once you begin to expect and believe, you will soon receive.
